CA: for and by illegal aliens

The California State Legislature, a subsidiary of the illegal alien industry, has passed legislation to provide "scholarships" to illegal aliens to attend California's universities.  First, these illegals broke the law.  Then they got affirmative action into the State's top institutions because of the colour of the skin, and now they get free $$$ to attend school.  Hello, they are ILLEGALLY here!!!!

All this at a time when California is running a budget deficit of $15-20 billion per annum.  Koo-koo.
