Illegals Drain SoCal's Water Supply

The Azusa Water District, 20 miles east of Downtown Los Angeles, has imposed a 20% water usage reduction by December 1, 2007 on its customers. This is partly due to a drought during 2006-07, but much of the water loss can be pointed to the large number of illegals in the County of Los Angeles. One year of drought preceded by two years of record rainfall (2004-05 and 2005-06) should not have resulted in this drastic action. It’s the uncontrolled and perhaps uncontrollable problem of illegal as well as legal immigrants being imported into this country by the Bush Administration with significant help from illiberal state, county and municipal governments.
